Mortgage Loan Processor Wanted in Evergreen Colorado

First Mortgage Corp in Evergreen Colorado is seeking a hard-working Mortgage Loan Processor with excellent communication and customer service skills to add to our team.
This position doesn't stop at Mortgage Loan Processor duties. The successful candidate will also be responsible for customer and Realtor contact, so must be comfortable with that role as well as being personable and outgoing.
Mortgage Loan Processor must be comfortable with effectively managing a pipeline of 15-20 loans in an efficient and pro-active manner. Duties include, but are not limited to:
File setup and submission: Pull credit, run AUS, disclosures to borrower, order title and appraisal, submit file to lender
Files in process: gather underwriting conditions, status updates to Realtors and borrowers, VOEs and other verifications, scheduling and coordination of closing.
Closing/ Funding: Order closing and docs, schedule closing, follow up with title on funding needs
Borrower and Realtor communication will be required with this position, so you must be personable and comfortable with this role as well.
In addition, we require:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor
- Proficient in 2010 guidelines and disclosures
- Knowledge of and experience with wholesale broker operations and procedures
- Calyx point proficiency a plus
Mortgage Loan Processor Position is paid on base salary + bonus.
