Mortgage Rates Update - Denver Colorado - RJ Baxter First Mortgage Corp
Last week, Mortgage Rates ended the week at almost the same level as they began, but we saw a lot of volatility due to a packed economic schedule.
Items effecting Mortgage Rates last week were the FOMC meeting and inflation numbers. This week we will have Durable Goods and GDP released, among other things. It will again be a volatile week for Mortgage Rates. The historic passing of Health Care Reform could also have an effect on the markets.
